Bob has nearly two decade's experience working with buyers and sellers in both Canada and the U.S. Along the way, he has earned the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) and Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) professional designations. He has owned and operated weekly newspapers--giving him keen insight to real estate clients who must meet a payroll--and is a published short story writer and novelist ("The Perfect Pafko"). Extensive international travel has helped him relate well to people from the wide variety of cultures found in the Lower Mainland. In their free time, Bob and his wife, Sheridan, enjoy golf and walking, always in quest for their elusive 10,000 steps per day.
